Cameron graduated from the University of Oxford in 2015, with a degree in Economics & Business. With his passion and devotion to fine dining, Cameron relocated to the Katlakalns in Latvia to work with one of Europe's largest caviar farms.

After experiencing over ten years in both traditional farming and pisciculture, Cameron knew he had acquired the right experience and knowledge to found The Caviar Company in the UK.

Cameron's unwavering passion is reflected in the quality of the produce and he has therefore established a vast network of customers and contacts in the industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and is on hand to advise you on your purchases.
